Jayla, a passionate modern dog trainer, has been deeply influenced by her mentor Vincent John, a highly respected figure in the field.

With over 40 years of experience as a former officer in the Royal Army Dog Training Unit and an international judge for the USDAA International Dog Agility Competition, Vincent John's expertise has shaped Jayla's journey.

Their paths crossed during a dog trainer program organized by a non-profit rescue organization where Jayla served as a duty manager. Under Vincent John's guidance, Jayla's skills and understanding of canine training flourished. His extensive experience and military background provided her with a comprehensive understanding of effective training techniques and clear communication.

Jayla's role as a duty manager allowed her to witness the challenges faced by rescue dogs and the importance of patient and compassionate training methods. This experience honed her organizational skills and leadership abilities, which seamlessly translated into her work as a trainer.

As a modern dog trainer, Jayla sees herself as a teacher for her canine students, aiming to be a bridge of communication between dogs and their owners. She focuses on assisting the physical and mental well-being of dogs, helping owners understand the true needs behind their dogs' behaviors. She continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. Jayla's ultimate goal is to help dogs and their owners build strong bonds based on companionship and mutual understanding.
